Our Pastor

Florence “Flo” Wojcik – Pastor

Welcome! I’m Pastor Florence Wojcik — but please, call me Flo.

I’m someone who loves stories. Whether I’m listening to people talk about their lives, getting lost in a book, or watching a good movie, I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling. That’s probably why I fell in love with the Bible. It’s full of stories — not just of ancient times, but of real people encountering a faithful God in the midst of everyday life.

I grew up in the small town of Great Valley, where I met God in church pews and around campfires at a local Christian camp. That camp is where I first learned to ride horses and to read the Scriptures. Somewhere between the barn and the Bible lessons, I began to sense that God had a purpose for me. As a child, I admired people like Mother Teresa — not because of their fame, but because they simply helped others without getting caught up in the noise of life. That quiet kind of faithfulness stuck with me.

I eventually went to college to study therapeutic horsemanship, hoping to help people with disabilities find healing through riding. But job opportunities were scarce, and I found myself working in retail instead. It wasn’t where I thought I’d end up, but it became another kind of ministry — a place where I learned to treat people from all walks of life with compassion and care.

Still, a deeper call kept tugging at me — a longing to serve God more fully. I began helping with Bible studies, volunteering in worship, and saying yes to any way I could serve the church. Then I was invited to attend the Walk to Emmaus. That weekend changed everything. God stirred something in me — not just to serve around the church, but to step into leadership.

I became a certified Lay Speaker and began preaching more regularly. But the call didn’t stop there. One Sunday, I watched a retiring pastor give his final sermon. As I sat near the pulpit, I remembered something he’d once said: “My time is done. It’s time for someone like you to take over.” In that moment, I knew — God was calling me to step forward in faith. That’s when I began the journey toward pastoral ministry.

That journey has led me here, and I’m honored to serve as your pastor. In the fall, I hope to begin seminary as I continue growing in the calling God has placed on my life — a calling to help guide our church into the future God has prepared for us.

And that’s the story I’m here to share.
Let’s walk it together.

Media & Technology

Using media to spread the gospel is a privilege of this church. In an age of widespread technology, we have a stewardship to use these tools as best as possible for kingdom purposes. Most of our weekly sermons are uploaded to our website in audio formats. We also maintain an active Facebook and Twitter feed for additional church communication.

Mission Outreach
Trinity has an active Missions Outreach program.  Our mission is beyond Trinity’s doors!  Whether it is packing toys for Operation Christmas Child, or raising money to fight hunger and poverty, through Heifer International, Trinity’s Mission Outreach gets involved.  We give to many local groups and individualswhere there is a need.

Music

God-honoring worship is something we strive for. Many church members get involved in our music ministry. Some play their instruments. Some are vocalists. Others are involved in the choir.  These volunteers are an important part of the ministry of our church, using their talents and gifts to glorify God.

Prayer Warriors

Prayer cannot be overestimated. Prayer moves the hand of God. Our Church is a body of believers dependent upon prayer, and committed to God’s sovereignty. Each Sunday, during the morning service, a team of volunteers is praying for the ministry of the Word. Throughout the week, volunteers from our Prayer Warriors team pray for their pastor, a list of church members, any special requests, and missionary prayer needs.

Women’s Group

Women’s groups give the ladies in our church family special times of interaction. Our women’s groups meet for lunch (the “Lunch Bunch”), the first Thursday of each month at 1pm at a local restaurant.   Some women meet for supper (“Women’s Supper Club”) the third Monday each month at 5pm at a local restaurant. The church calendar each month lists where we will meet. These groups provide a refreshing fellowship opportunity for the women in the church.
